Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Dandelionfeet.com honors returns and exchanges. All returned merchandise must
be in new condition, unworn and returned in its original packaging to receive a
refund. As a convenience, you will receive a pre-paid UPS return label which you
can easily place on the package for return and drop off any any UPS drop box or
location. If you are returning merchandise less than $50 in value you will still
receive a pre-paid UPS return label. However, we require that you enclose a check
for $7 to cover our cost for your returned package postage. If $7 is not enclosed
in the returned package Dandelion Feet reserves the right to deduct this amount
from your refund. Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase for a
refund. After 60 days- store credit only.
International Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns and exchanges. All returned merchandise must be
in new condition, unworn and returned in its original packaging to receive a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as shipping for the
exchanged item. Refunds for returns will be given once we receive the returned
items. Refunds will not be given on any shipping costs. Returns must be received
within 60 days of purchase for a refund. After 60 days- store credit only.
