Domestic Shipping
Orders received by 3:00 pm EST are GUARANTEED to ship the same day. Orders received after
3:00 pm will ship the next business day. You can expect delivery within 1-6 business days from
date of shipment. Please reference the map at the bottom of this page as a guide for delivery.
Shipments will originate in Roanoke, VA (pink dot).
As a customer service we provide free UPS shipping on all orders within the contiguous United
States and free returns on all orders over $50 within the contiguous states.
Due to increased shipping fees, orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be treated as
international orders and are subject to our international return and exchange policies.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Dandelionfeet.com honors returns and exchanges. All returned merchandise must be in new
condition, unworn and returned in its original packaging to receive a refund. As a convenience,
you will receive a pre-paid UPS return label which you can easily place on the package for
return. If you are returning merchandise less than $50 in value you will still receive a pre-paid
UPS return label. However, we require that you enclose a check for $7 to cover the cost for your
returned package postage. If $7 is not enclosed in the returned package Dandelion Feet
reserves the right to deduct this amount from your refund. Returns must be received within 60
days of purchase for a refund. After 60 days- store credit only.

Rush Orders
We will accommodate rush orders. When completing your order during the check out process,
just select the service desired and the charges for expedited service will automatically be added
to your total. Expedited services that we offer are: UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air within
the contiguous states. Rush orders received before 5:00 pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 5:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping
We accept international orders and will ship world-wide. There is a flat shipping fee of $25-$35
depending on the weight of your package. This is automatically calculated when you proceed
through the check out process. All international orders are shipped Priority Mail International via
the U.S. Postal Service and are insured.
Due to the various international customs procedures please note that shipments may be delayed.
You will receive an e-mail from Dandelion Feet Customer Service confirming that your package has
been shipped.
International Returns & Exchanges

return shipping as well as shipping for the exchanged item. Refunds for returns will be given once
