Shipping Questions:
What will my shipping costs be? UPS Ground Shipping is free for orders shipped in the United States. Click here for details on shipping fees for orders received internationally.
I need my shoes right away, can you overnight them to me? We offer alternative shipping options via UPS. During the check out process you will be able to select what service you would like. Choices are UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
How long will it take to get my purchase? We understand that you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort to get them to you sooner than you expect. We will ship your items the same day if we receive your order by 3 PM EST. Orders received after 3 PM EST will ship the next business day. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 5 business days or less. Please refer to the UPS map as a guide to expected shipping time.

What if I decide I don’t like the item(s) I purchased or it doesn’t fit? As long as you have not worn the item you may send it back to us and exchange it for another item or we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
How long do I have to return an item? Dandelionfeet.com enforces a 60 day return policy.
Can I get my money back? Yes, we will credit your account for returned merchandise that has not been worn.
Can I exchange one item for another? Yes, we encourage you to find another item that fits your needs.
Purchasing Questions:
What form of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal.
Will I get a confirmation that you received my order and payment? Once you have submitted your order with payment you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Be sure to print a copy of your confirmation for future reference.
Product Questions:
What if I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for? We always try to have as much inventory in the broadest selection possible at one time. If you do not see what you are looking for please e-mail us at customerservice@dandelionfeet.com with your request. We may be able to get this item for you or can refer you to another website.
What if you don’t have my size, can you get it in? If we do not have your size in stock you may contact us immediately via e-mail or telephone and we will make our best attempt to get the item(s) in your size. We keep a larger inventory of the most popular styles.
